Fernando brings over 24 years of experience in industrial production, with a deep understanding of the operational demands that drive manufacturing, logistics, and facility planning. Before founding Abella Industrial Property Group, he led and scaled production operations across Latin America and the U.S., including the successful relocation of Pagnifique into the U.S. market.

His expertise spans everything from process optimization and facility layout to equipment sourcing and site expansion. Fernando’s background allows him to offer clients valuable, grounded insight into how real estate decisions impact day-to-day operations and long-term business growth.

Guille serves in a Growth & Commercial Strategy role at Abella Industrial Realty Group, working with owner-users and investors to identify industrial spaces that support operational efficiency and growth. With a background in digital business and innovation, she advises on production facility feasibility and investment trade-offs, while helping build the firm’s go-to-market approach and internal commercial systems.
