Fernando brings over 22 years of experience in industrial production, with a deep understanding of the operational demands that drive manufacturing, logistics, and facility planning. Before founding Abella Industrial Property Group, he led and scaled production operations across Latin America and the U.S., including the successful relocation of Pagnifique into the U.S. market.

His expertise spans everything from process optimization and facility layout to equipment sourcing and site expansion. Fernando’s background allows him to offer clients valuable, grounded insight into how real estate decisions impact day-to-day operations and long-term business growth.

Guille serves as a Commercial and Industrial Associate at Abella Industrial Realty Group, specializing in connecting growing companies with industrial spaces designed for operational efficiency. Drawing on her Master in Digital Business and Innovation, she helps clients bridge the gap between traditional real estate strategy and the demands of modern production, automation, and logistics environments.
